More info on the project
In early October of 2024, we had the pleasure of spending two weeks with the Xhosa people on our recent trip to Canzibe, a village in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. This project showcases the staff of 25:40, a mission in Canzibe that focuses on vulnerable and orphan children within their community. Highlighting the need of 25:40’s After School program, which teaches young adults the importance of parenthood through sport, education and providing meals daily. By showing the younger generation that they don’t have to follow in their parents footsteps with drug and alcohol abuse. Rather teaching these students confidence in themselves, which most of these kids have never even met their own parents.
Our commitment to creating a visually captivating and emotionally engaging documentary with a commitment in using this as a campaign to fundraise for 25:40.

Production Highlights
Behind the scenes: Nikilla, a Xhosa man living in Canzibe, a village of 1,000 located in the southern eastern cape of Africa. We had the opportunity to spend time with their people and get a deeper inside into their culture. Documentary filmmaking is more than pointing a camera, its building a relationship with the people in any culture you’re stepping into.
